Thrive OT Omaha Branch is hosting a prenatal workshop. Join us to learn valuable information as you navigate pregnancy, prepare for labor/delivery, and plan for the postnatal time period. Information will pertain to pelvic, lymphatic, and mental health for the prenatal female. Partners/spouses are welcome to join, and T-shirts are included. We cannot wait to work with you!
